    Computer-controlled lead-free dual-wave soldering machine
    1. The streamlined appearance design of the machine body adopts the spraying process to prevent paint from falling off, which is beautiful and durable.
    2. The three sections have independent 1.8-meter preheating zones and hot air preheating to make the soldering flux on the PCB obtain a more uniform soldering effect.
    3. The patented titanium alloy chain claws do not stick to tin, never deform, and have a long service life.
    4. Three observation windows, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance.
    5. The overall chain lifting mode of the tin furnace, automatic entry and exit mode.
    6. Equipped with cooling module and temperature compensation module, suitable for lead-free soldering and various process requirements

The tin furnace adopts an adjustable nozzle design; the oxidation amount of tin slag is ultra-low, and the liquid tin flow design principle is adopted to reduce the impact oxidation amount of tin. The wave crest can be adjusted with the width of the PCB board, which greatly reduces the oxidation amount of tin when soldering the small PCB board. The adjustable distance is 80-450MM.
    14. The transmission mechanism adopts a precise modular design, accurate transmission, long life and easy maintenance.
    15. Powerful parameter library function, various PCB process parameters can be called on demand.
