4. Programmable suspension self-adjusting stepper motor drives the printing head
Designed for the different pressures required for the front and rear scrapers and the stability of lifting and lowering, it prevents solder paste leakage and has a certain elastic clamping design for the blade. The scraper pressure, lifting speed, printing speed, and printing range are all software adjustable, and provide customers with a variety of demoulding methods to adapt to industrial PCB boards with different tinning requirements, providing customers with a good printing control platform.

5. PCB positioning system of the printer
Unique belt conveyor guide, magnetic ejector, vacuum nozzle, original upper pressure device and flexible side pressure device.
6. Cleaning system
The system provides three cleaning methods: dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and vacuum. The three methods can be used in any combination, and when the customer does not need automatic cleaning, manual cleaning can be achieved under the production interface, thereby shortening the cleaning time and improving production efficiency.
The new wiping system ensures full contact with the steel mesh, and the enlarged vacuum suction ensures that the residual solder paste in the mesh is vigorously eliminated, truly realizing effective automatic cleaning function.
CCD part and cleaning part are separated. When CCD is working, CCD part moves independently, reducing the load of servo motor and improving the movement speed and precision of the machine.

Using a new motion control card as system control, the machine can modify parameters during movement and truly realize the pause function.
