    Product features:

    1. Unique, advanced and long-lasting heating system

    Adopting the American HELLER hot air circulation heating method, high-efficiency supercharged acceleration air duct, greatly improving the circulating hot air flow, rapid heating (about 20 minutes), high thermal compensation efficiency, and high-temperature welding and curing; Each temperature zone is equipped with an independent temperature sensing sensor to monitor and compensate the temperature balance of each temperature zone in real time; The special supercharged air transport structure and special-shaped heating wire design are noise-free and vibration-free, with extremely high heat exchange rate, and the temperature difference △t between the bottom of the BGA and the PCB board is extremely small, which is more in line with the strict requirements of the lead-free process, especially for lead-free products with high-difficulty welding requirements.

    2. Upper and lower independent heating modules, independent hot air circulation, double welding zone or three welding zone settings.

    3. Each temperature zone adopts modular design, high-temperature resistant long-axis hot air motor and high-heat energy nickel-chromium heating wire. From room temperature to constant temperature in less than 20 minutes.

    4. Drawer-type heating component structure: This structure is very convenient and quick to repair, and a complete replacement can be completed in 15 minutes. The fastest time for a traditional heating rack is 2 hours. (The traditional heating component needs to remove the mesh belt, etc. when repairing. Not only does it delay time, but it also causes damage to the machine.)

    5. UPS power-off protection function ensures that the PCB board can output normally after a sudden power failure without damage.
    Stable and reliable electrical control system

    6. The control system uses PLC, and the host computer uses a computer with a genuine Windows XP operating system and a 17-inch LCD display, which is stable and reliable.

    7. The control software is powerful, with flexible process parameter control and temperature curve testing functions, and the Chinese and English operating interfaces can be switched at any time.

    8. WOGO terminal blocks are used; all important electrical components are imported brands, and all signal lines are shielded.

    9. The temperature module is self-tuning, the cold end is automatically compensated, and the temperature is controlled at ±1ºC.
    Cooling and convenient flux recovery system

    10. The forced cooling system adopts two sections of forced air cooling temperature zones to meet the lead-free process; the cooling curve is smooth and without mutation, the heat exchange is sufficient, the slope can be controlled by variable frequency, the tin point is smooth and bright, and the cooling rate can reach -5ºC/S.

    11. The flux collection system can keep the furnace clean for a long time, and the exhaust gas emission is more environmentally friendly.
